Why we’re here?

All of the owners of the individual freehold units also own a share of the whole estate which is owned by Watford MC Ltd.  This limited company is a currently run by three volunteer directors who oversee the cleaning and repairs of communal areas, boundary issues, grounds maintenance and the general use of communal areas.  In addition they collect and account for the service charges and oversee maintenance of the Estate’s sewage system.
